1. THINK TANK WODS #1 & #2

How it’s done:

Workouts 1 & 2 will be performed on a 24-minute running clock with no transition between. Each test will be scored independently.⁣ The bar can start preloaded. No straps allowed. From 0:00-5:00, establish a 1 rep max Clean-and-Jerk.

Then, 1-minute rest and transition before the next lift. From 6:00-11:00, establish 2 rep max Touch and Go Snatches. Rest and transition for another minute.

Establish a 3 rep maximum for back squats from 12:00 to 17:00. Must finish all three reps within the allotted 20 seconds. Time begins when the initial back squat is performed and ends when the third rep is locked out.

Then, between 17:00 and 24:00, perform 7 Pogo Burpees and a 24 foot Handstand Walk as many times as you can (“AMRAP”).

Full WOD breakdown:

With a Running Clock in 24 minutes

From 0:00-5:00, establish:

  • 1 rep max Clean-and-Jerk
  • Rest 1 minute

From 6:00-11:00, establish:

How it’s done:

Complete 5 rounds of the prescribed work in the written order as quickly as you can while the clock is ticking. The time remaining on the clock when the final round of bar muscle-ups is finished is the score.

Full WOD breakdown (Max time – 15 minutes):

  • 5 Rounds for Time
  • 12 Deadlifts (155/105 lb)
  • 12 Toes-to-Bars
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105 lb)

3. THINK TANK WOD #4

How it’s done:

Complete the prescribed work in the written order for as many rounds and reps as possible (“AMRAP”) in 22 minutes. Every round, the monitor must be reset. Before letting go of the handle, the athlete must finish the calories.

Assistance is permitted when resetting the monitor. In any order, the athlete must complete 10 reps of each side of the overhead squat. The dumbbell handle must be maintained with a full hand grip. You may touch the head with your hand, but you may not just hold the head.

The total number of rounds and repetitions finished prior to the 22-minute timer stopping is the score.

How it’s done:

Complete the prescribed work in the written order as quickly as you can while the clock is ticking (“For Time”). The time when the final Handstand Walk is finished is the score.

How it’s done:

As many rounds and repetitions of the prescribed work in the written order as you can (“AMRAP”) in 15 minutes. The total rounds and repetitions finished before the 15-minute timer expires constitute the score.

The hip crease must be below the knee and full extension must be achieved with the bar directly overhead for the overhead squat. The very first rep may be Squat Snatched.

When attempting Calorie Row, you must wait until all 10 calories are displayed on the screen before letting go of the handle. Two-foot takeoff is required for the box jump. You can resign.

How it’s done:
